Employment; Positions. Employee initially shall be employed as of the Company. The Company may subsequently assign Employee to a different position with the Company or any Affiliate of the Company or modify Employee’s duties, responsibilities and reporting relationship. Moreover, the Company may assign this Agreement and Employee’s employment to any Affiliate of the Company.

In the event that executive leadership changes at the Company would otherwise result in Employee reporting to anyone other than the Company’s current Chief Operating Officer, the Company will take the necessary steps to mitigate any of Employee’s concerns with respect to reporting relationships, including Employee reporting directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Related to Employment; Positions

  • Employment Position The parties agree that the employment of Executive by Employer shall continue for the term referred to in Section 2. Employer agrees to continue the employment of Executive in a senior officer position for both Employer and Bank with the same titles referenced above. Executive shall devote his full time during business hours to the performance of his duties hereunder and shall at all times use his best efforts to promote the best interests of Employer. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer, or such other senior executive officer of Employer or Bank, as the Chief Executive Officer of Employer, the Chairman of the Board, or the Board of Directors (“Board”) shall direct.

  • OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment. Whenever it appears that any such outside employment might constitute a conflict of interest, the employee is expected to consult with his/her appointing authority or other appropriate agency representative prior to engaging in such outside employment. Employees of agencies where there are established procedures concerning outside employment for the purpose of insuring compliance with specific statutory restrictions on outside employment are expected to comply with such procedures.

  • Employment Duties The Company hereby employs the Executive for the Term (as defined in Section 2.1), to render exclusive (except as otherwise provided herein) and full-time services to the Company as Executive Vice President or in such other executive position as may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Executive, and to perform such other duties consistent with such position as may be assigned to the Executive by the Board of Directors or any officer of the Company senior to the Executive.
