Related to Employment; Positions

  • Employment Position The parties agree that the employment of Executive by Employer shall continue for the term referred to in Section 2. Employer agrees to continue the employment of Executive in a senior officer position for both Employer and Bank with the same titles referenced above. Executive shall devote his full time during business hours to the performance of his duties hereunder and shall at all times use his best efforts to promote the best interests of Employer. In that connection, Executive will (i) devote his full-time attention and energies to the business of the Company and will diligently and to the best of his ability perform all duties incident to his employment hereunder; (ii) use his best efforts to promote the interests and goodwill of the Company; and (iii) perform such other duties commensurate with his office as the Board of Directors of the Company may from time-to-time assign to him.

  • OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment. Whenever it appears that any such outside employment might constitute a conflict of interest, the employee is expected to consult with his/her appointing authority or other appropriate agency representative prior to engaging in such outside employment. Employees of agencies where there are established procedures concerning outside employment for the purpose of insuring compliance with specific statutory restrictions on outside employment are expected to comply with such procedures.

  • Employment Duties The Company hereby employs the Executive for the Term (as defined in Section 2.1), to render exclusive (except as otherwise provided herein) and full-time services to the Company as Executive Vice President or in such other executive position as may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Executive, and to perform such other duties consistent with such position as may be assigned to the Executive by the Board of Directors or any officer of the Company senior to the Executive.
