Employment Qualifications for Classroom Teachers. The Academy shall employ high quality classroom teachers, as that term is defined in the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, 20 USC Chapter 70, who meet the certification requests set forth in the Code.
Employment Qualifications for Classroom Teachers. The Academy shall employ classroom teachers, administrators and chief business officers who meet the certification requirements set forth in Part 22 of the Code, and other Applicable Law. In any other situation as deemed necessary in which the Academy is permitted under the Code, use of non-certified teachers is permitted.
