Common use of Employment-Related Injury Clause in Contracts

Absence due to injury or illness (including serious communicable illnesses such as ringworm or MRSA when contracted at work from staff or students) incurred in the course of the bargaining unit member's employment shall not be charged against the bargaining unit member’s leave days.
