The "Empty Waste Receptacles" clause requires that waste bins and trash containers within a specified area be regularly emptied and maintained. Typically, this obligation falls on cleaning staff or service providers, who must ensure that all waste receptacles are cleared at designated intervals, such as daily or after specific events. This clause helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene in shared or public spaces, preventing overflow and the associated health or odor issues.
Empty Waste Receptacles. Empty all containers that are provided for the disposal of waste i.e., waste baskets, torpedo type containers, sanitary napkin disposal bins, boxes, etc. into plastic bags, tie off and remove to dumpster. Dispose of items in waste containers only unless clearly marked for disposal. Liners must be used in all waste receptacles and must be changed as needed and no less than once per month. Waste containers in restrooms; break rooms, lunchrooms and conference rooms must be inspected daily and changed as needed.
Empty Waste Receptacles. Empty all waste receptacles, inclusive of all exterior cigarette receptacles, and remove trash and paper from building and deposit in collection facilities provided for this purpose.
