End-Use Customers once their program is certified, shall notify the Commission in the event of a change in eligibility status. When and if, in the Commission’s opinion, after due consideration, there is a material change in the characteristics of the program or facility that could alter its eligibility, such Self-Directed DSM Program must be recertified. Recertification of a Self-Directed DSM Program will be conducted in the same manner as the certification process outlined above.
End-Use Customers. Under the circumstance that Supplier is an End-Use Customer, in addition to the requirements of Capacity Resources from Demand Resources and ILR Resources that are stated in the PJM Agreements, Supplier must meet the following Capacity Resource requirements: The Capacity Resource must not have cleared in the 2011-2012 PJM Reliability Pricing Model (RPM) Base Residual Auction (BRA); For Capacity Resources proposed for the 2011-2012 Delivery Year, the Company acting as CSP for Supplier must certify such Capacity Resources as ILR Resources; and For Capacity Resources proposed for Delivery Years beyond the 2011-2012 Delivery Year, the Company acting as CSP for Supplier must bid such Capacity Resources into the relevant RPM BRA at a price of zero; and The Capacity Resource must not be identified as part of Company’s EmPOWER Maryland Plan.
End-Use Customers. Seller shall exclusively target End-Use Customers in the following market segments: Market Segment NAICS Code Description Seller shall also work with SDG&E to identify high-cost CAISO PNodes and prioritize these areas for implementation.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • End User This agreement shall bind the ordering activity as end user but shall not operate to bind a Government employee or person acting on behalf of the Government in his or her personal capacity.

  • Third Party Products and Services Through its Cortex Hub security operating platform, Palo Alto Networks may make available to you third-party products or services (“third-party apps”) which contain features designed to interoperate with our Products. To use such features, you must obtain access to such third-party apps from their respective providers. All third-party apps are optional and if you choose to utilize such third-party apps:
