The end user who posted the End User Content is solely responsible for such End User Content. You acknowledge that Literacy Solutions does not pre-screen End User Content. Literacy Solutions and its designees reserve the right (but not the obligation) at their sole discretion to monitor, refuse to post, or remove any End User Content for any reason. Literacy Solutions reserves the right to terminate Your access to the Website to prevent further posting of prohibited End User Content. Please notify Literacy Solutions if You discover any Prohibited End User Content (as described below in Section 6.3) at Literacy Solutions 24/7 technical support.
End User Content. Subscriber shall assure that it owns or is otherwise entitled to all content submitted to the paid Services by End Users (“End User Content”) and control End User Content. ECS maintains a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable (except in connection with the sale or transfer of its business) license to access, use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit and display End User Content for the limited purposes of (i) providing the Services and associated Subscriber and End User support; (ii) displaying the End User Content to the Subscriber and other End Users; and (iii) analyzing and improving the Services. You acknowledge that Subscriber has right to remove End User Content at any time. Subscriber shall assure that End User complies with any of the Subscriber’s internal terms and policies while using the Services.
End User Content. Except as provided in this Section 9, NECAM obtains no rights under this Agreement from End-User to End-User’s Content. End-User consents to our use of Content to provide the Services to End User.
End User Content. The use of the App, all Anonymous Patient Data, text, graphics, images, audio content, audiovisual content, data, other materials and any other information provided on or entered into or made available through the App, including all healthcare related information, whether provided by you, the entity or organization with which you are employed or otherwise affiliated ("Your Organization"), other Healthcare Providers, or other third parties (collectively, “Content”) is solely your responsibility. Further, any ideas, comments or proposals submitted in connection with the App will be exclusively owner by Provider who may use all of these without attributing credit to the end user.
End User Content. Any end-user content posted by Subscriber shall be the property of Subscriber or End User. Xxxxx assumes no responsibility for any content posted by any other party. Subscribers should only post end-user content that is their own original work and which does not infringe upon the property rights of others.

End User Content. ShopHero shall retain all rights to End-User Content, minus End-User contact information.

If pursuant to the Support Services, End User provides XxxXX any Software-related logs (“End User Content”), then End User hereby provides XxxXX a limited, irrevocable, fully paid-up license to use such End User Content solely as necessary to provide support for, maintain and improve the Software.

The Partner grants (or shall procure that the End User grants) Exponential-e a worldwide, irrevocable (except on Contract termination), royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable (to Exponential-e’s authorised subcontractors only) right for the duration of the Contract to process the End User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to perform its obligations under the Contract. This provision does not apply where the Service is a Connectivity Service, as Exponential-e acts as a mere conduit for End User Content.
