Endorsement of Items. Processor will process, on behalf of AmeriCredit, checks and other deposited items that appear to be for deposit to the credit of AmeriCredit or its Affiliates in accordance with Processor’s Lockbox Processing Agreement and Instructions, or other applicable agreement and related service terms (individually and collectively, the “Processor Documentation”), as appropriate.
Endorsement of Items. You must endorse all Items before submitting them using the Remote Deposit Service.

Endorsement of Items. All Items submitted for deposit through the service must bear the endorsement of the Payee along with “For UBT Mobile Deposit Only”. The endorsement must be in blue or black ink. Only items made payable to an account owner will be accepted for deposit.

Subscriber shall indemnify Bank and its Agent from any liability that may arise by virtue of Bank's, or its Agent's, endorsement and negotiation of such checks, except for liability arising out of Bank's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
