Energy Statements. For any utilities serving the Premises for which Tenant is billed directly by such utility provider, Tenant agrees to furnish to Landlord (a) any invoices or statements for such utilities within thirty (30) days after Tenant’s receipt thereof, (b) within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s request, any other utility usage information reasonably requested by Landlord, and (c) within thirty (30) days after each calendar year during the Term, an ENERGY STAR® Statement of Performance (or similar comprehensive utility usage report if requested by Landlord) and any other information reasonably requested by Landlord for the immediately preceding year. Tenant shall retain records of utility usage at the Premises, including invoices and statements from the utility provider, for at least sixty (60) months, or such other period of time as may be requested by Landlord. Tenant acknowledges that any utility information for the Premises may be shared with third parties, including Landlord’s consultants and governmental authorities. In the event that Tenant fails to comply with this Section, Tenant hereby authorizes Landlord to collect utility usage information directly from the applicable utility providers and agree to pay Landlord a fee of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per month to collect such utility usage information.

Tenant shall retain records of utility usage at the Premises, including invoices and statements from the utility provider, for at least two (2) years. Tenant acknowledges that any utility information for the Premises may be shared with third parties, including Landlord’s consultants and governmental authorities. In the event that Tenant fails to comply with this Section, Tenant hereby authorizes Landlord to collect utility usage information directly from the applicable utility providers.
Energy Statements. The Company agrees to alter customer bill presentations (also known as "energy statements") as soon as possible, but no later than September 1, 2020, so that the energy charge is broken out by rate block and season, as applicable. In addition, the Company agrees to alter non-residential customers' energy statements to show the applicable demand charges as soon as possible, but not later than September 1, 2020.

Tenant hereby (A) consents to all such disclosures (except as expressly stated by Tenant otherwise), and (B) acknowledges that Landlord shall not be required to notify Tenant of any disclosure pursuant to this Section 6.7. The terms of this Section 6.7 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

  • Monthly Statements Each month we will send you a statement showing purchases, cash advances, payments, and credits made to your Account during the billing cycle, as well as your “New Balance”, any Finance Charge and any late charges. Your statement also will identify the minimum monthly payment you must make for that billing period and the date it is due. You agree to retain for statement verification copies of transaction slips resulting from each purchase, each advance, and other transactions on your Account. Unless you notify us of a billing error in accordance with the section entitled “Your Billing Rights”, you accept your monthly statement as an accurate statement of your Account with us.
