Xxxxxx USD 408 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx000.xxx/page/xxxxxx-district): Individuals with vision disabilities who use assistive technology cannot understand an important image that lacks meaningful alternative text. v. Some PDF documents, including District Policy Section A - School District Organization (xxxxx://xxxx- xxxx.x0.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxx_xxxx/000000/xxxxxxx_X.xx f) and the Xxxxxx High School Handbook (xxxxx://xxxx- xxxx.x0.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxx_xxxx/000000/_Xxxxxx_Xxx h_School_Handbook_2023_.pdf), lack sufficient structure to communicate content effectively to individuals with vision disabilities who use assistive technology and/or contain important text that lacks sufficient color contrast with its background, which poses a barrier to individuals with low vision.
