Menu Items. You must: (i) offer for retail sale, and carry on your menu, only those types, sizes, styles and brands of pizza, pizza dough, pizza sauce, toppings, beverages, and other products as we specify from time to time; (ii) offer all menu items and services that we specify or designate from time to time as mandatory for the System, including: (A) items that are temporary promotion items, and (B) non-food items that are integral to systemwide or national promotional programs; (iii) make all menu items specified by us available for carry-out and delivery service from the Restaurant; and (iv) offer only approved services at or from the Restaurant or under or in connection with the Marks. You will not sell or carry on your menu any food items or other products, or provide any services, that we have not specified or approved.

Menu Items. The Vendor shall serve and sell only the food menu items pre-approved by the Company as listed in this Agreement. The Vendor agrees not to sell, attempt to sell or distribute any item that has not been previously approved by the Company. The Vendor agrees to only conduct sales from the frontage of the Food Booth; Sales or services from the rear or sides of the Food Booths are strictly prohibited. The Vendor agrees not to sell any beverages or liquids of any kind without the written consent of the Company. a. Pre-approved food menu items: b. The Vendor shall provide and maintain all necessary food service and equipment, a sufficient staff and a sufficient quantity of the above-referenced food items to serve and sell continuously through the time the event is in operation. c. The Vendor shall provide the utensils necessary for the safe, sanitary and efficient consumption of its item(s) by customers. d. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any food items or snack items that Vendor may request to substitute for items listed in addendum.
Menu Items. The Application enables an inventory of menu items where Users may input the ingredients that comprise each one, and the commercial attributes of each, including, but not limited to cost, supplier(s) and other characteristics. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, YOU HEREBY RELEASE ANY AND ALL LEGAL CLAIMS AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR ANY PERCEIVED VIOLATION OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT ASSOCIATED WITH ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING TRADE SECRET(S).
Menu Items. The Operator is to provide menu items for the business premises at the prices shown as outlined in “Schedule D”. The annual rate will be adjusted annually on the anniversary date by the percentage change, year after year, using the July annual CPI increase, during the preceding year as recorded in Statistics Canada, Consumer Price Index, Table 18-10-0004-13, by product group monthly not seasonally adjusted, Canada, provinces, Whitehorse, Yellowknife and Iqaluit, - Ontario – All-Items. Any menu or price variations must be provided in writing for the County’s review prior to being implemented. Restricted Food: a. The County restricts the use of peanut oil or peanut products that are used in the preparation of business premises foods. This restriction does not include pre- packaged, ready-to-eat products that do not require preparation. b. The County also restricts the sale of gum, alcohol and cigarettes via the business premises. c. From time to time, the County may request specific food restrictions due to rental requirements. For example, the arena floor during the off-ice season may request that no food be cooked using grease during the rental period to avoid the odour of grease saturating fabrics. The County will provide as much notice as possible to the Operator.
Menu Items. The VENDOR shall provide and sell in the VENDING FACILITY food, beverages, and other items described in Attachment “C” to this PERMIT.

  • Exception Items When we review and process your electronic file, we may reject any electronic image that we determine to be ineligible for the service ("Exception Item") including, without limitation, electronic images of items drawn on banks located outside the United States, items drawn on U.S. Banks in foreign currency, electronic images that are illegible (due to poor image quality or otherwise), electronic images of items previously processed, electronic images previously converted to substitute checks, and electronic images with unreadable MICR information. We will notify you of any Exception Items. You agree that if you wish to attempt to deposit any Exception Item to any of your accounts with Credit Union, you will only do so by depositing the original item on which the Exception Item is based. You acknowledge and agree that even if you do not initially identify an electronic image as an Exception Item, the substitute check created by the Credit Union there from may nevertheless be returned to Credit Union because, among other reasons, the electronic image is deemed illegible by a paying bank. Credit Union's failure to identify an Exception Item shall not preclude or limit your obligations to Credit Union.

  • Other Items Any other items that the Bank reasonably requires.

  • Adding agenda items Any agenda item requiring a decision by the Members must be identified as such on the agenda. Any Member may add an item to the original agenda by written notification to all of the other Members no later than 7 calendar days preceding the meeting.

  • Prepaid Items All prepaid expenses relating to the Station.

  • Items All bid items are to be NEW and of most current production, unless otherwise specified.

  • Lost Items The Credit Union, in receiving items from you for withdrawal or deposit, acts only as your agent and reserves the right to reverse the credit for any deposited items or to charge your account for the items should they become lost in the collection process.

  • FURNITURE CLASSIFICATIONS Furniture classifications include but not limited to: Cafeteria, Dormitory, Library Shelving and Library Related, Lounge, Systems (Modular), School (Classroom), Freestanding, Seating, Filing Systems and Equipment, and Technology Support.

  • Additional Items The Insurer shall have received such other documents, instruments, approvals or opinions requested by the Insurer or its counsel as may be reasonably necessary to effect the Transaction, including, but not limited to, evidence satisfactory to the Insurer and its counsel that the conditions precedent, if any, in the Transaction Documents have been satisfied.
