ENGAGEMENT OF THE AGENT. 2.1 The Institute appoints the Agent from the Commencement Date mentioned herein this agreement to be its representative to perform the Services in the specified Territory for that period of time set out in Item 5 of Schedule 1.
2.2 This is a non-exclusive agreement and the Institute may appoint other Agents in the specified Territory if it so chooses.
2.3 Should the agent intends to promote the Institute outside the specified Territory or conduct any other services unless and otherwise specified in this agreement on behalf of the Institute, a written consent should be sought and approved by the Institute prior to any intended activities to promote such other services.
2.4 Be bound by the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018
ENGAGEMENT OF THE AGENT. (1) The College engages the Agent to provide the Services in respect of the Region on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
(2) The College can appoint other agents in respect of the Region as it chooses without reference to or consultation with the Agent.
(3) The relationship between the parties is not that of employer and employee nor of partnership and neither party shall:
(a) for any purpose represent, or in any way, hold itself out to be such; nor
ENGAGEMENT OF THE AGENT. (a) The School engages the Agent to recruit suitable/genuine/bona fide prospective students in the countries specified in 1(c) for the term of the agreement.
(b) This is a non-exclusive agreement. The School may appoint other agents in the countries/regions specified in 1(c).
(c) This agreement is only for the countries/regions as listed above. If the Agent wishes to expand its services to other countries/regions, this can only be done with the consent of the School and amending the agency agreement.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE AGENT. 2.1 Australian Skills Group (ASG) engages the Agent from the commencement date to perform the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
2.2 This is a non-exclusive Agreement and ASG may appoint other Agents in Australia or overseas to perform the same or similar services.
2.3 This Agreement commences on the Commencement Date indicated on page 1 and will continue for period of 3 years unless it is terminated in accordance with clause 8, or unless otherwise required. It is also subject to an annual performance review.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE AGENT. Exercise of Warrants and Delivery of --------------------------------------------------------------- Shares. ------
(a) Engagement of the Agent. On the basis of the representations, ------------------------- warranties, covenants and agreements herein contained, but subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth, the Company hereby engages the Agent to utilize its best efforts in assisting the Company with the Offering, including soliciting Warrant Holders to exercise or sell their Warrants and identifying Investors to purchase and exercise Warrants, and the Agent hereby accepts such engagement. Subject to the provisions of Section 8, the engagement of the Agent hereunder shall terminate upon the expiration date of the Warrants.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE AGENT. 1.1 The Agent is engaged to perform the Services in the Territory ('the term') from [ 06 March 2017 of commencement] to [31st December 2018].
1.2 The College is not bound only to use the Agent and can engage other Agents in the Territory during the Term.
1.3 Upon engagement, the Agent will receive from the college a certificate of appointment, the original copy of which is to be prominently displayed in the Agent's office at all times.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE AGENT a) St Xxxxx College Engages the Agent to recruit suitable prospective students in the Countries specified in 1.c for the term of the agreement.
b) This is a non-exclusive agreement. St Xxxxx College may appoint other agents in the Countries/ Regions specific in 1.c
c) This agreement is only for the Countries/Regions as listed above. If the Agent wishes to expand its services to other Countries/Regions, this can only be done with the consent of St Xxxxx College and amending the agency agreement.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE AGENT. AIHE engages the Agent to be its representative to perform such services in the Territory/Country from the date of and on the terms set out in this Agreement. This is a non-exclusive Agreement and AIHE can appoint other Agents in the Territory/Country as it so chooses.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE AGENT a. DCAHS Engages the Agent to recruit suitable prospective students in all countries for the term of the agreement.
b. This is a non-exclusive agreement. DCAHS may appoint other agents in the Countries/ Regions.
c. This agreement is only for the Countries/Regions as the agent has listed as of interest. If the Agent wishes to expand its services to other Countries/Regions, this can only be done with the consent of DCAHS and amending the agency agreement.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE AGENT. 3.1. UK English College engages the Agent to be its Representative to perform the services in the territory for the term of this agreement.
3.2. This is a non-exclusive agreement. UK English College may appoint other Agents in the territory at its sole discretion.
3.3. The Agent cannot promote UK English College outside the territory or perform the services outside the territory, without UK English College’s prior written consent.
3.4. If the Agent wishes to expand the territory, the Agent must make a written submission to UK English College no later than 30 days before the recruitment of prospective students in the new territory is planned to start. UK English College is under no obligation to recognise the Agent’s new territory, or accept applications for enrolment from prospective students recruited by the Agent in the new territory.
