The 'Engaging Individuals' clause defines the terms and conditions under which individuals, rather than companies or organizations, may be hired or contracted to perform services. Engaging Individuals. Each Party hereby agrees that all Persons engaged to perform any activities under this Agreement shall be contractually bound by confidentiality obligations at least as restrictive as the obligations of confidentiality and non-use set forth in this Article 8 prior to performing such activities.
Engaging Individuals. Each Party undertakes that all individuals engaged in or dealing with the activities contemplated by this Agreement (including but not limited to, students, research assistants, etc.) are contractually bound to the same or at least as protective of the Disclosing Party as the obligations of confidentiality and non-use set forth in this Article 6 before being engaged or involved in such activities.
