ENGINEER’S ACCOUNTING RECORDS. Engineer agrees to maintain, for a period of three (3) years after final payment under this Contract, detailed records identifying each individual performing the Engineering Services, the date or dates the services were performed, the applicable hourly rates, the total amount billed for each individual and the total amount billed for all persons, records of reimbursable costs and expenses of other providers and provide such other details as may be requested by the County Auditor for verification purposes. Engineer agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Contract, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers and records of Engineer which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Contract for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. Engineer further agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Engineer facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. County shall give Engineer reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

ENGINEER’S ACCOUNTING RECORDS. Records of Engineer’s personnel time, reimbursable expenses, and accounts between parties shall be maintained on a generally recognized accounting basis.
ENGINEER’S ACCOUNTING RECORDS. A. The Architect/Engineer agrees to maintain appropriate accounting records of costs, expenses, and payrolls of employees working on the Project for a period of three years after warranty period services have been completed, and all other pending matters concerning this Agreement have been closed. The Architect/Engineer further agrees that the Owner shall have access during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice to any and all books, documents, papers and records of the Architect/Engineer which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Agreement for the purposes of making audits and examinations.

Owner shall have the right to audit and to verify the details set forth in Engineer's xxxxxxxx, certificates, and statements, either before or after payment. The terms of this paragraph shall survive any termination of the Agreement.

  • Accounting Records Maintain adequate books and records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, and permit any representative of Bank, at any reasonable time, to inspect, audit and examine such books and records, to make copies of the same, and to inspect the properties of Borrower.

  • Books and Records; Audits Licensee shall prepare and maintain, in such manner as will allow its accountants to audit same in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, complete and accurate books of account and records (specifically including without limitation the originals or copies of documents supporting entries in the books of account) in which accurate entries will be made covering all transactions, including advertising expenditures, arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Licensee shall keep separate general ledger accounts for such matters that do not include matters or sales related to this Agreement. Licensor and its duly authorized representatives shall have the right, for the duration of this Agreement and for one (1) year thereafter, during regular business hours and upon seven (7) business days advance notice (unless a shorter period is appropriate in the circumstances), to audit said books of account and records and examine all other documents and material in the possession or under the control of Licensee with respect to the subject matter and the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, invoices, credits and shipping documents, and to make copies of any and all of the above. All such books of account, records, documents and materials shall be kept available by Licensee for at least two (2) years after the end of the Annual Period to which they relate. If, as a result of any audit of Licensee's books and records, it is shown that Licensee's payments were less than the amount which should have been paid by an amount equal to *% or more of the payments actually made with respect to sales occurring during the period in question, Licensee shall reimburse Licensor for the cost of such audit and shall make all payments required to be made (along with accrued interest at the rate of *%)) to eliminate any discrepancy revealed by said audit within ten (10) days after Licensor's demand therefore.
