Common use of ENGINEER’S COMPENSATION Clause in Contracts

ENGINEER’S COMPENSATION. For and in consideration of the services rendered by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, the City shall pay Engineer only for the actual work performed under the Scope of Work, on the basis set forth in Exhibit “A,” up to an amount not to exceed $327,750, including reimbursable expenses as identified in Exhibit “A”.

ENGINEER’S COMPENSATION. For and in consideration of the services rendered by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, the City shall pay Engineer only for the actual work performed under the Scope of Work, on the basis set forth in Exhibit “A,” up to an amount not to exceed $327,750106,000, including reimbursable expenses as identified in Exhibit “A”.

ENGINEER’S COMPENSATION. For and in consideration of the services rendered by Consultant Engineer pursuant to this Agreement, the City shall pay Engineer only for the actual work performed under the Scope of Work, on the basis set forth in Exhibit “A,” up to an amount not to exceed $327,750346,382, including reimbursable expenses as identified in Exhibit “A”.

ENGINEER’S COMPENSATION. For and in consideration of the services rendered by Consultant Engineer pursuant to this Agreement, the City shall pay Engineer only for the actual work performed under the Scope of Work, on the basis set forth in Exhibit Attachment “A,” up to an amount not to exceed $327,750$ , including plus reimbursable expenses as identified in Exhibit Attachment “AA.”.

ENGINEER’S COMPENSATION. For and in consideration of the services rendered by Consultant Engineer pursuant to this Agreement, the City shall pay Engineer only for the actual work performed under the Scope of Work, on the basis set forth in Exhibit Attachment “A,” up to an amount not to exceed $327,750, 65,000.00 including reimbursable expenses as identified in Exhibit Attachment “AA.”.

ENGINEER’S COMPENSATION. For and in consideration of the services rendered by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, the City shall pay Engineer only for the actual work performed under the Scope of Work, on the basis set forth in Exhibit “A,” up to an amount not to exceed $327,75059,193, including reimbursable expenses as identified in Exhibit “A”.

ENGINEER’S COMPENSATION. For and in consideration of the services rendered by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, the City shall pay Engineer only for the actual work performed under the Scope of Work, on the basis set forth in Exhibit “A,” up to an amount not to exceed $327,750100,000, including reimbursable expenses as identified in Exhibit “A”, for a total contract amount not to exceed $250,000.

ENGINEER’S COMPENSATION. For and in consideration of the services rendered by Consultant Engineer pursuant to this Agreement, the City shall pay Engineer only for the actual work performed under the Scope of Work, on the basis set forth in Exhibit “A,” up to an amount not to exceed $327,7501,849,087, including reimbursable expenses as identified in Exhibit “A”.
