English and Chinese Versions. The Parties hereby acknowledge and agree that even though they will each execute both an English and a Chinese version of this Agreement, if and to the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of this Agreement, the English version of this Agreement shall prevail at all times and no Party shall take any steps which may be inconsistent with the foregoing.
