The University shall maintain a professional staff to work with students to develop a community concept within the housing facility to enhance students' educational experience at the University. The University shall provide opportunity for input by Licensee into the development of the community. The facility shall be operated to enhance the intellectual, social, physical, occupational, and emotional opportunities available to Licensee. B. Licensee agrees to recognize the importance of maintaining the housing facility as an environment that is conducive for fellow students to study, live and sleep. While in the housing facility, Licensee agrees to not disturb this environment.
