Common use of Enhancement Plan Clause in Contracts

Enhancement Plan. Annually on September 1, effective as of 2017, the Managing Entity shall submit an Enhancement Plan for Department approval. The Enhancement Plan shall: C-1.1.12.1 Identify a minimum of three and a maximum of five priority needs for services in the geographic area; C-1.1.12.2 Provide a detailed description of the Managing Entity’s strategies for enhancing services to address each priority need;
