Employment Status This Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment or impose upon Executive any obligation to remain as an employee, or impose on the Company any obligation (i) to retain Executive as an employee, (ii) to change the status of Executive as an at-will employee or (iii) to change the Company’s policies regarding termination of employment.
Debarment Status The Contractor certifies that it is not currently debarred from submitting proposals or bids on contracts by any department, agency or political subdivision of (i) the Commonwealth of Virginia, (ii) any other state, or (iii) the federal government, nor is it an agent of any person or entity that is currently debarred from submitting bids or proposals on contracts by the same.
Enrollment The Competitive Supplier shall be responsible for enrolling all Eligible Consumers through EDI transactions submitted to the LDC for all enrollments of Eligible Consumers during the term of this Agreement.
ENROLMENT 6.1.0 For new hires, each Board shall distribute benefit communication material as provided by the Union to all new members within 15 to 30 days from their acceptance of employment.
Enrollment Process The Department may, at any time, revise the enrollment procedures. The Department will advise the Contractor of the anticipated changes in advance whenever possible. The Contractor shall have the opportunity to make comments and provide input on the changes. The Contractor will be bound by the changes in enrollment procedures.
Appointment Status An Employee shall be appointed on a permanent basis, or on a casual basis in accordance with Article 37.
Permanent Status An employee will attain permanent status in a job classification upon their successful completion of a probationary, trial service or transition review period.
