Entertainment Costs. Entertainment costs are not reimbursable, including: 1. Movie costs for “Pay for View” or Cable service. 2. Alcohol costs. 3. Monetary Tips (tipping) for any and all services related to all forms of travel (and/or entertainment).

Entertainment Costs. Costs of entertainment, including amusement, diversion, and social activities and any costs directly associated with such costs (such as tickets to shows or sports events, meals, lodging, rentals, transportation, and gratuities) are unallowable.
Entertainment Costs. In accordance with Circular A-122 (non-profits) and A-87 (State, Local, and Indian Tribal Governments) the cost of amusement, diversion, social activities, ceremonials, and costs relating thereto, such as meals, lodging, rentals, transportation, gratuities and alcoholic beverages are not allowable expenses.
