Entire Terms. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the employment of Employee by the Company. If XxxxXxxxx does not accept said proposed terms through a signed, written instrument within fifteen (15) days of receipt, said proposed terms are deemed rejected by XxxxXxxxx.

No change to these Terms, or any attachments hereto and incorporated herein, shall be valid and binding on either Party unless reduced to writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
