Entitlement to Credits Towards an Apprenticeship. An apprentice who comes within the provisions of clause 3.16 will be: (a) entitled to credit towards the three-year term of apprenticeship in accordance with the following table: Passes year 10 school year examinations including passes in mathematics and a science subject 6 months Completed year 11 school year, including study at the level of a mathematics and a science subject 6 months Taken year 11 school year examination with passes in a mathematics and a science subject at that level 12 months (b) if the apprentice has had relevant trade experience, granted credit towards the four year term of apprenticeship as the apprenticeship authority thinks fit, having regard to the apprentice’s trade experience and educational standards.

  • File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied. a. Contents of File: Each file must contain sufficient and legible documentation. Documents must be secured within the file and must be organized systematically.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.

  • Extended Health Care Benefits The City will provide for all employees by contract through an insurer selected by the City an Extended Health Care Plan which will provide extended health care benefits. The City shall pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the premiums, which will include any premiums payable under The Health Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.

  • Employment of Apprentices 1. Where either the prime AGREEMENT or the subagreement exceeds thirty thousand dollars ($30,000), the CONSULTANT and any subconsultants under him or her shall comply with all applicable requirements of Labor Code §§ 1777.5, 1777.6 and 1777.7 in the employment of apprentices. 2. CONSULTANTs and subconsultants are required to comply with all Labor Code requirements regarding the employment of apprentices, including mandatory ratios of journey level to apprentice workers. Prior to commencement of work, CONSULTANT and subconsultants are advised to contact the DIR Division of Apprenticeship Standards website at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/das/, for additional information regarding the employment of apprentices and for the specific journey-to- apprentice ratios for the AGREEMENT work. The CONSULTANT is responsible for all subconsultants’ compliance with these requirements. Penalties are specified in Labor Code §1777.7.

  • TREATMENT OF FRINGE BENEFITS The fringe benefits are charged using the rate(s) listed in the Fringe Benefits Section of this Agreement. The fringe benefits included in the rate(s) are listed below. Vacation, holiday, sick leave pay and other paid absences are included in salaries and wages and are claimed on grants, contracts and other agreements as part of the normal cost for salaries and wages. Separate claims are not made for the cost of these paid absences.
