Year 10 definition

Year 10 means, for the purposes of this award, any person leaving school before completing year 10 will be deemed to have completed year 10.

Year 10 import customs duties shall be removed in ten equal annual stages beginning on the date this Agreement enters into force, and such goods shall be duty-free, effective January 1st of year ten. • If the average index in Year 10 is equal to or below the average index in Year 5, the ceiling rates will remain unchanged.
