Common use of Entitlement to Recall Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to Recall. If an employee who has been laid off is qualified for a position, he/she shall have an opportunity for re-employment before a new employee is hired for the position provided recall rights have been retained in accordance with paragraph (b).
