Normal Hours of Operation. The Employer may establish the beginning and ending times of normal operation. The appropriate Department Head (Superintendent of Highways, Town Clerk, Town Justices, or Town Supervisor, as the case may be) will establish an employee’s scheduled hours of work, which may differ from the normal hours of operation to meet the particular needs and requirements of the department.

The City may implement an enforcement policy with respect to overnight parking in the Paseo Nuevo Parking Facilities which allows no more than five percent (5%) of the spaces to be occupied by overnight parkers in order to allow intoxicated drivers to leave their vehicles. No vehicular access to the Paseo Nuevo Parking Facilities shall be allowed between 5:00 a.m. and the earlier of 9:00 a.m. or thirty (30) minutes prior to the time the first Major Store opens for business each morning, except for vehicles operated by persons entitled to use the Replacement Parking and Employee Parking spaces as provided in Section 3.2 hereof and except as otherwise provided for Early Morning Parkers in Section 3.3 hereof.
