Entry-Level Driver Training Repayment and Exceptions to Repayment. Members that require ELDT commit to regular full-time time service for two years following the completion of the ELDT. If a member voluntarily terminates their employment with the County, is terminated for cause at any time during employment, or is terminated while serving a probationary period with or without cause, the employee agrees to repay the County the entire amount of ELDT expenses incurred by County. Repayment will not be required if the termination of their employment is due to death, long-term disability, layoff, or involuntary termination for any reason other than cause for members not serving an initial probationary period at the time of the involuntary termination. The purpose of repayment is to protect the County’s investment and eliminate fraud.

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time.
