Nevada Legislature Undesignated Decreased Contribution Rates. If the Nevada Legislature does not designate the distribution of decreased rates, if any, decreases in the contribution rate shall be equally shared and shall be credited by increasing the pay schedule by the amount equal to ½ the prescribed reduction.
