Equal Application. The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees in the bargaining unit without discrimination as to race, color, religion, sex, age, physical or mental disability, origin or because of political or personal reasons or affiliations. The Association shall share equally with the County the responsibility for applying this provision of the Agreement.
