Equalisation of parental leave. Through the Confederation of Danish Employers, TEKNIQ has established a scheme with specific provisions for equalising companies’ collectively agreed expenses for parental leave so that this expense is not borne by the individual employer. The scheme requires that the employer receives the full unem- ployment benefit reimbursement.
