Equipment Ratings. Interconnection circuit breakers, disconnects, switches and substation buses shall meet the latest applicable ANSI and IEEE standards at the time of execution of this LGIA and shall be suitable for the local environment and system operating conditions. They must also meet Transmission Provider standards. Transmission Provider specifications and materials standards for these devices are available upon request.

Equipment Ratings. Transmission Owner will determine the individual equipment ratings for specific Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades during the detailed design of the facilities. Interconnection Customer shall size the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities using Applicable Reliability Standards, Good Utility Practice and the information provided in the Interconnection Evaluation Study in order that the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities appropriately coordinate with the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities.
Equipment Ratings. All equipment selected for use on this Contract shall be suitable for continuous and reliable operation under the external design conditions stated. In addition, items of equipment installed in enclosed spaces may be subject to temperatures in excess of those prevailing externally and this shall be taken into account. Where ratings are given in this Specification and/or shown on the Drawings, they are the actual ratings to be achieved after the application of all de-rating factors. All equipment and enclosures that may be subject to internal condensation shall be fitted with suitably rated electrically operated thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heaters.

  • Ratings No “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” as such term is defined for purposes of Rule 436(g)(2) (i) has imposed (or has informed the Company that it is considering imposing) any condition (financial or otherwise) on the Company’s retaining any rating assigned to the Company or any securities of the Company or (ii) has indicated to the Company that it is considering any of the actions described in Section 7(c)(ii) hereof.

  • Maintenance of Rating Since the execution of this Agreement, there shall not have been any decrease in or withdrawal of the rating of any securities of the Company or any of its subsidiaries (including the Bank) by any “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” (as defined for purposes of Section 3(a)(62) of the 0000 Xxx) or any notice given of any intended or potential decrease in or withdrawal of any such rating or of a possible change in any such rating that does not indicate the direction of the possible change.

  • No Rating Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has debt securities or preferred stock that is rated by any “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” (as such term is defined in Section 3(a)(62) of the Exchange Act).
