Common use of Equipment Use Clause in Contracts

Equipment Use. A. The Association may use school equipment at times it is not scheduled for other use. B. Use of equipment shall be limited to outside of the employees’ work day and at times when the equipment is not scheduled for other use. C. The Association shall pay only for the actual cost of materials and supplies incident to such use. D. The Association shall assume financial responsibility for damage, repair, and loss of equipment incident to such use.
