Equitable Handling of Complaints. When a person makes a written or verbal complaint against an employee, the principal, investigator or designee will, when appropriate, notify the employee of the complaint/complainant. The District representative shall have the exclusive responsibility to make the determination of when it is appropriate to notify the employee of the complaint/complainant. The employee will be given the opportunity to respond.
