Equitable Treatment. 33-1 All employees have a right to work in an environment free of unlawful discrimination, and statutory remedies are available to address these concerns. Although resolution of such disputes is outside the grievance and arbitration provisions of this Agreement, both the District and the Association assure all employees of the District of their intent to avoid such conduct and to assist employees in promptly resolving such disputes if they occur.
