In such case, the beneficiaries must ensure that the provision of these goods and services will meet the necessary quality and safety standards. The beneficiaries may combine the two options set out in the previous paragraph in so far as they ensure fair and equal treatment of all participants. In such case the conditions applicable to each option must be applied for the budget categories to which the respective option is applied.
