Common use of Essential Personnel Clause in Contracts

Essential Personnel. The summer hour schedule noted above shall not apply to security personnel, grant personnel or to the Assistant Superintendent of Building Services. However, where the College is satisfied that security and/or grant personnel are able to complete their tasks and responsibilities on a Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday basis, the summer hour schedule shall be offered to the extent feasible to these employees based on seniority.
