Common use of ESSENTIAL v. NON-ESSENTIAL Clause in Contracts

ESSENTIAL v. NON-ESSENTIAL. When there is an emergency shut-down declared by the County Administrator, the County shall determine the xxxxxxx requirements of essential personnel. Each department head may determine a list of essential positions in advance of any such emergency, but it remains in the discretion of the County to determine additional essential personnel depending upon the circumstances of a particular emergency shut-down.
