  • Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.

  • Establishment of Probationary Period If the Superintendent concurs with the evaluator’s judgment that the performance of the employee is unsatisfactory, the Superintendent shall place the employee in a probationary status after October 15 but before February 1 of the current school year and ending no later than May 1. The employee shall be given written notice of the action of the Superintendent which shall contain the following information:

  • Approval of Contractor’s Staff 7.3.1 County has the absolute right to approve or disapprove all of the Contractor’s staff performing work hereunder and any proposed changes in the Contractor’s staff, including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s Project Manager.

As such, the School shall comply with all applicable federal and State laws, rules, policies, procedures, and directives regarding the education of students with disabilities, including but not limited to Ch. 8-60, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR).
