Establishment of Service Fee. The Union shall demonstrate to the City that it has complied with applicable law by (a) having disseminated to the bargaining unit adequate information about its expenditures for the preceding fiscal year, including information regarding its “chargeable” and “nonchargeable” activities in the prior fiscal year, broken down in adequate and reasonable detail between the chargeable and nonchargeable activities; (b) having established a full, fair and prompt procedure whereby objecting nonmembers are able to challenge allegedly objectionable expenditures; and (c) having established a procedure for escrowing the amount reasonably in dispute in connection with any challenge by an objecting non-member. The Union shall demonstrate its compliance with this Section before implementation of agency shop provisions, and on an annual basis thereafter.

Establishment of Service Fee. Any new sewer customer requesting service to which the General Metered Rate will apply at a premise not previously connected shall be charged a fee of $26.00 to cover the administrative cost to initiate service for the residence or business. For customers requesting service to which the Unmetered Rate will apply at a premise not previously connected shall be charged a fee of $16.00. This one-time service fee will be charged to the customer’s regular monthly billing.

After receiving certification as a local exchange company from the appropriate regulatory agency, Reseller will provide the appropriate Company service center the necessary documentation to enable the Company to establish a master account for Reseller. Such documentation shall include the Application for Master Account, proof of authority to provide telecommunications services, an Operating Company Number ("OCN") assigned by the National Exchange Carriers Association ("NECA") and a tax exemption certificate, if applicable. When necessary deposit requirements are met, the Company will begin taking orders for the resale of service.

  • Statement of Services Service Attachments The services to be delivered by Provider (the “Services”) and the fees for those Services, and the specific terms applicable to those Services are described in the Order or in one or more Service Attachments referencing this Agreement. Except for Supplemental Services or Project Services (described below), and unless otherwise agreed in writing, the services we will deliver to you are limited to those Services specifically identified in the Order and described in the Service Attachments. Project Services In some cases, you may ask us to deliver services outside the scope of any Order or Service Attachment and inappropriate for treatment as Supplemental Services. Examples of such services include major system upgrades, new computer, machine or device setup, network changes, datacenter moves or setups, or installations. In those cases, we will prepare a separate Service Attachment for Project Services describing the proposed scope of those services and our fee to deliver them. Installation dates are estimates only. Customer shall be responsible for preparation and maintenance of the site for such Project Services or installations, including, but not limited to, providing necessary electrical power and communication lines and proper air conditioning and humidity control. FEES FOR SERVICES | PAYMENT TERMS Service Fees Fees for Services are set forth in Order or Statement of Work. Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all Services will be performed on a time-and-materials basis at Provider’s then-current rates.

  • Establishment of Account (a) The Fund hereby appoints the Custodian as the custodian of all Securities and cash at any time delivered to the Custodian to be held under this Agreement.   • Establishment of Accounts The Escrow Agent hereby instructs the Depositary, and the Depositary agrees, to establish the separate deposit accounts listed on Schedule I hereto and to establish such additional separate deposit accounts as may be required in connection with the deposits contemplated by Section 2.4 hereof (each, an “Account” and collectively, the “Accounts”), each in the name of the Escrow Agent and all on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • Commencement of Services The Consultant shall begin carrying out the Services from the Effective Date or from such other Date specified in the SC.
