Customer Charges. Customer agrees to pay the rates and charges for said Services, any surcharges or fees, and Equipment in a timely manner in accordance with the provisions in this Paragraph 2: a) Installation fees and deposits. Installation fees for Services and deposits on Equipment are payable in advance, at the time of, or prior to, activation or installation of the Services at your premises. TVC may verify your credit standing with credit reporting agencies and require a deposit based on your credit standing or other applicable criteria.

Customer Charges. The Company shall have the right to charge the Customer separately for shipping, handling, expedited service and any other item(s), in its sole discretion, and shall have no obligation to remit or share any portion of such amounts with Vendor. The Company shall be the sole point of contact with the Customer with respect to payment and collections, and Vendor shall not invoice, bill or charge any Customer any amount in respect of the Products (including in connection with the return there of).

Customer Charges. (a) Non-Recurring Charges: Unless otherwise stated in the executed Service Order, any charge for installation, set-up or other non-recurring items set forth in such Service Order must be paid by Customer when the executed Service Order is delivered to OneColo. (b) Monthly Recurring Charges – Non-Usage Based: The initial monthly recurring charges for non-usage based Colocation Services set forth in the executed Service Order (prorated if a partial month) must be paid in full by Customer accompanying the executed Service Order. Thereafter the monthly recurring charge for non-usage based Colocation Services must be paid in full, in advance, by Customer on or before the 1st day of the month for which the Colocation Services are being provided. OneColo has the right to increase the monthly recurring charge by an amount not exceeding 5% upon a 30 day advance notice to Customer, provided such increase may not be made within 12 months of the last increase. (c) Monthly Recurring Charges – Usage Based: The monthly recurring charges for usage based Colocation Services set forth in the executed Service Order must be paid by Customer within 10 business days of the date the monthly invoice is issued to Customer showing the usage incurred by Customer during the preceding month. (d) Additional Charges: For other additional charges set forth in an executed Service Order or for support services billed based at OneColo’s standard rate as in effect from time to time, the additional charges are invoiced to Customer at the time such additional services are performed for Customer. These additional charges must be paid by Customer within 10 business days of the date the invoice for such additional services is issued to Customer showing the additional charges incurred by Customer.

The estimated fixture included costs and estimated energy cost comparison of the existing street lights to LED street lights is provided in Table 1 hereto. There is also a customer charge for the replacement of the fixtures and this charge will be offset by an Energy Efficiency credit equal to the customer replacement charge. Effectively, the customer will not incur any out of pocket costs to replace the fixtures.
