Establishment of Work Periods. A. The principle of the eight (8) hour day is hereby established. For all practical purposes, eight (8) consecutive hours shall constitute one (1) work day. Forty (40) hours shall constitute a work week, and eighty (80) hours shall constitute a two (2) week work schedule. The following work schedules shall be observed:
