Ethernet Network. 5.3.19.1 The Contractor shall put into operation one (1) Ethernet switch at A6 A/8 PLC panel at the back of Ferric plant 2. 5.3.19.1.1 The Ethernet switch shall be according to RA 22835. 5.3.19.2 The Contractor shall design and install the monitoring system to ensure that information from the Surge tanks such as load cells, level switches is always available to Operations personnel on the Scada system. 5.3.19.3 The Contractor shall put into operation a minimum of five (5) I/O to Ethernet gateway modules, including power supplies, and all necessary ancillaries. 5.3.19.3.1 The I/O to Ethernet gateway shall according to RA 22835. 5.3.19.4 The Contractor shall put into operation two (2) complete master Ethernet radio systems with five (5) slave Ethernet Radios including all necessary ancillaries. 5.3.19.4.1 The master radio system at Online Lab C shall transmit and receive surge tank data through slave radios in A12, A14 and A20 field control panels. 5.3.19.4.2 The master radio system at A6/A8 PLC panel shall transmit and receive surge tank data through slave radios in A6 and A8 field control panel. 5.3.19.4.3 The Ethernet Radios shall support IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n as a minimum requirement or better. 5.3.19.4.4 The Ethernet radio systems shall be according to RA_22835. 5.3.19.4.5 The Ethernet Radios shall support MIMO antenna diversity. 5.3.19.4.6 The Ethernet Radios shall have a dual redundant RF Channels. 5.3.19.4.7 The Ethernet Radios shall be forward and backward compatible between the different subsections of IEEE802.11. 5.3.19.4.8 The Ethernet Radios shall have minimum 5km LOS. 5.3.19.4.9 The Ethernet Radios shall be certified by ICASA. 5.3.19.4.10 The Contractor shall strictly adhere to manufacturer’s latest technical specifications when installing the Industrial Ethernet network. 5.3.19.4.11 Flexible stainless steel conduits shall be used to protect the Ethernet cabling against noise interferences. 5.3.19.4.12 The steel conduit sizes and lengths to be used to complete the job shall therefore be specified in the bill of quantities. 5.3.19.4.13 The cable type, size connectors and lengths shall be specified. 5.3.19.5 The Contractor shall supply the network management tool.

LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve.
