European Specifications. 9.9.1.1. LRS has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that the requirements are specified in terms of European Specifications or, in their absence, other standards having currency within the European Community. If, however, the specification contains any reference to British Standards then, subject to Clause 10.9.1.2 below, LRS will accept equivalent European Specifications where they exist or, in their absence, will consider equivalent standards having currency in the European Community provided, in the case of the latter, that the tenderer can prove to the satisfaction of LRS that the said other standards are in fact equivalent to those specified.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
