Evaluation Considerations a. In the event an administrator deems an educator performing egregiously, and pursuant to Section 14.9 of the CBA, the administrator shall notify their Area Superintendent. The Area Superintendent shall collaborate with the District E3 Team to determine if a Special Evaluation is needed.
