Evaluation Cycle: Annual Orientation. A) At the start of each school year, the superintendent, principal or designee shall conduct a meeting for newly hired Lexington Public School Educators and Evaluators focused substantially on educator evaluation. The superintendent, principal or designee shall: i. Provide an overview of the evaluation process, including goal setting and the educator plans. ii. Provide all Educators with directions for obtaining a copy of the forms used by the district. These may be electronically provided. iii. The faculty training may be recorded to facilitate orientation of Educators hired after the beginning of the school year and will be made available to all staff upon request.
