Evaluation of Average Speed of Answer. (a) The ASA will be determined by measuring the sum of the total elapsed time between the moment when a telephone call is queued to the Service Center(s) and the time the caller is responded to, and dividing that number by the total number of telephone calls answered in the Service Center(s) during the Term.
