Evaluation of General Contractor. At the conclusion of the Construction Contract the Designer shall assist the Town and/or the Owner’s Project Manager in the evaluation of the performance of the general contractor and the filed sub-contractors as required by M.G.L. c.149, §44D or any other law.

  • Evaluation of Contractor Performance of the Contractor under this Agreement will be evaluated. The evaluation shall be prepared on Contract/Contractor Evaluation Sheet (STD 4), and maintained in the Agreement file. For consultant agreements, a copy of the evaluation will be sent to the Department of General Services, Office of Legal Services, if it is negative and over $5,000.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
