EVALUATION OF PROBATIONARY AND NOMINALLY TENURED LIBRARIAN MEMBERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REAPPOINTMENT a) Reappointments for probationary members shall be for a period of two (2) years terminating on May 31. Contracts shall not extend more than one year beyond the year of mandatory tenure consideration. Candidates who are not granted tenure as a result of mandatory consideration under the provisions of Article 19 and whose contracts expire at the end of the year of mandatory tenure consideration shall be offered a one-year, non- renewable, final contract. Reappointments for nominally tenured librarian members shall be for a period of one (1) year terminating on May 31.

  • Termination of Probationary Appointment (a) The Employer may terminate a probationary appointment at any time.

  • Certification of Meeting or Exceeding Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy Minimum Standards A. Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of:

  • Criteria for Tenure A. The decision to award tenure to an employee shall be a result of meritorious performance and shall be based on established criteria specified in writing by the University. The decision shall take into account the following:

  • TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT 6.1 The Issuer may terminate the appointment of the Calculation Agent at any time by giving to the Calculation Agent at least 45 days' prior written notice to that effect, provided that, so long as any of the Relevant Notes is outstanding:

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR FOR TEACHERS 20.1 The annual salary established for employees covered by this agreement shall be payable in respect of the teacher's regular work year.

  • Termination of Agreement, Resignation, or Removal of Custodian Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other. We may establish a policy requiring distribution of the entire balance of your Xxxx XXX to you in cash or property if the balance of your Xxxx XXX drops below the minimum balance required under the applicable investment or policy established.

  • Duration of Appointment The Employment shall be deemed to have commenced on the Commencement Date and shall continue unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
