EVALUATION OF TEACHERS. Where the teacher’s performance has been assessed as less than satisfactory, a plan of assistance shall be developed. The plan shall include observations and assistance by resource persons external to the school. Membership in the plan of assistance team shall be determined in consultation with the ATU President or designate.
