EVALUATION12. 1. The goal of the employee evaluation process is to assist each employee to perform his/her present job effectively to the mutual benefit of the employee and the Employer. 2. This Article is limited to the procedural aspects relating to the process used to evaluate formally any employee by the supervisor. A “formal” evaluation is limited to the process followed over a designated period of time which results in a written document assessing an employee’s competency in meeting the requirements of that employee’s position or objectives for a said period of time.
