Common use of Evening Premium Clause in Contracts

Evening Premium. A nurse shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for each hour worked which falls within the hours defined as an evening shift.

Evening Premium. A nurse shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and fifty-five cents ($1.001.55) per hour for each hour worked which falls within the hours defined as an evening shift.
