Common use of Evening Premium Clause in Contracts

Evening Premium. A nurse shall be paid a shift premium two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) per hour for each hour worked which falls within the hours defined as an evening shift. This shift premium is not paid for the half hour paid meal period.

Evening Premium.
